If you would like to receive your order quicker, simply select our 24 hour delivery service at a cost of £7.50. Your order will be posted within 2 days from the date of purchase and will be posted on Royal Mail next day service*.
* This service is advertised by Royal Mail and we cannot be held responsible in the event that the order is delayed as dependent on Royal Mail Services. Items posted on next day delivery service on Fridays are very often delivered on Saturday but the guideline given is Monday.
Please note that if you purchase a box but select a gift pouch postage, your item will be sent in a gift pouch. If you select a gift box postage but do not purchase a box, your item will be sent in a gift pouch.
If you live anywhere in Europe, simply select the Europe postage, from £9.86 for designs in a pouch or £12.57 if you select a gift box.

PROVIDING THE RIGHT ADDRESS:
To ensure you receive your order promptly, it is paramount that you provide us with your full address. This address must be entered as the delivery address when you process your order.
Please note that we use the address provided on Sensation's check out screen for delivery, we do not cross check with any other address provided in Paypal.
ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS:
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, a charge will be made to re-send the item(s)
EXCHANGES - Within 2 weeks of receiving your order ONLY.
If for some reasons you would like to exchange a product you have ordered, you can do so within two weeks from receiving your order. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Simply send us an email to email@example.com
to let us know and send back your item to:
