- FREE UK DELIVERY when you spend £30 or over! Except for orders where a gift Box has been purchased

UK ORDERS - GIFT POUCH POSTAGE - 2nd CLASS SIGNED FOR at a one off charge of £2.83 per order. Larger Designs (Including Gift Boxes) or more Designs are charged at £5.04

- UK ORDERS - GIFT POUCH POSTAGE - 1st CLASS SIGNED FOR at a one off charge of £3.23 per order. Larger Designs (including Gift Boxes) or more Designs are charged at £5.82

 

- NEXT DAY DELIVERY:

If you would like to receive your order quicker, simply select our 24 hour delivery service at a cost of £9.18. Your order will be posted within 2 days from the date of purchase and will be posted on Royal Mail next day service*.

* This service is advertised by Royal Mail and we cannot be held responsible in the event that the order is delayed as dependent on Royal Mail Services. Items posted on next day delivery service on Fridays are very often delivered on Saturday but the guideline given is Monday.

- EUROPE:

If you live anywhere in Europe, simply select the Europe postage, from £11.94 to £15.54 depending on the number of Designs and the size of the parcel.

- AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, HONG KONG & JAPAN from £13.86 to £25.02 depending on the number of Designs and the size of the parcel.

- CANADA & USA and Singapore from £12.78 to £18.54

depending on the number of Designs and the size of the parcel.

PROVIDING THE RIGHT ADDRESS:

To ensure you receive your order promptly, it is paramount that you provide us with your full address. This address must be entered as the delivery address when you process your order.

WARNING:

Please note that we use the address provided on Sensation's check out screen for delivery, we do not cross check with any other address provided in Paypal.

ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS:

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, a charge will be made to re-send the item(s)

EXCHANGES - Within 2 weeks of receiving your order ONLY.

If for some reasons you would like to exchange a product you have ordered, you can do so within two weeks from receiving your order. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Simply send us an email to contactsensation@aol.com

to let us know and send back your item to:

SENSATION, 15 Kensington Gardens, Brighton BN1 4AL. We will get back to you with any price difference and to pay for the postage.

REFUNDS - Within 2 weeks of receiving your order ONLY. This applies to items ordered online only.

The item must be sent back within 2 weeks of receiving it, it must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage, we will contact you when we receive your item and when we have refunded you for your order less the cost of postage.
